We gladly accept returns of unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery except final sale items, which cannot be returned or exchanged. Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment.

• When trying on footwear, please do so on a soft, carpeted surface so that the soles are not damaged and return them in their original shoe box (shoe boxes cannot be used as shipping boxes).

Start by visiting our Returns Center. You can print a shipping label and drop off your return at a UPS location. You will receive an email when your return is received and your refund has been processed. Shipping charges are not refundable and there is a $1.10 return fee per order that covers restocking and postage back to the warehouse.

Refunds are always issued to the original method of payment. To prevent a delay in refund, returns must be shipped back within 7 days since the return label was issued.

You may obtain a return authorization by visiting our Returns Center. You will then be able to print a prepaid return shipping label. You may drop the package at any UPS location.
